Our first year as a non-profit was one for the record-books! Over the course of the year, we raised $31,000 from over 160 donors, blowing our goals out of the water!
With the help of volunteers, we filled and delivered gift bags to new mothers with infants in intensive care at Duke University Medical Center and UNC Hospitals on Mother's Day, Sunday May 8th.
Our gift bags were filled with goodies from North Carolina businesses, including:
Lo & Behold Naturals | Durham, NC, www.loandbeholdnaturals.com
Hometown Apparel | Durham, NC, https://www.hometowndurham.com/
Chapel Hill Toffee | Chapel Hill, NC, www.chapelhilltoffee.com
Queen Bee Apothecary | Rockwell, NC, www.queenbeeapothecary.com
Asheville Treasures | Asheville, NC, www.etsy.com/shop/AshevilleTreasures?ref=simple-shop-header-name&listing_id=1051204175
The donations from year one have helped us establish strong supports an organization to ensure our website, finances, and filings all run smoothly. Thank you for your support!
We are so excited to see how we continue to grow in the years to come.
With immense gratitude,
Rebecca Feinglos
